Therapy for women who want to feel grounded in who they are and confident in who they're becoming

Therapy for women who are ready to stop shrinking themselves.

If you've spent years worrying about what others think, putting everyone else's needs first, or struggling to speak up for yourself, you're not alone. Together, we'll work to build self-trust, confidence, and relationships that allow you to feel seen, heard, and valued.

You Are in the Right Place If You...

  • Struggle to say "no" without feeling guilty.

  • Constantly worry about disappointing others.

  • Overthink everything and second-guess yourself.

  • Find yourself shrinking to make others comfortable.

  • Have a hard time asking for what you need.

  • Feel responsible for everyone else's feelings.

  • Know your relationships need to change, but you're not sure how.

  • Are tired of doubting yourself and ready to feel more confident.

Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I'm Ruth, a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with a master’s degree from University of Central Florida. I am passionate about helping women feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices, while always honoring your unique story. I work with women who are tired of second-guessing themselves, want to breakout of perfectionistic traits, putting everyone else's needs first, struggle with moral injustice, and feeling like they have to stay quiet to keep the peace. Together, we'll create a space where you can explore who you are, strengthen your voice, build confidence, and develop relationships that allow you to show up as your authentic self.
